We charge one price for single story homes, one price for 2 story homes and one price for 3 story homes. It's AFFORDABLE and easy to understand! THE PRICE INCLUDES EVERYTHING... except GST, of course. You won't pay extra for anything, you won't have to worry if the hallways, closets or stairs are included or not in the price because EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED!

For commercial carpet cleaning we charge flat rate $0.15 per square foot.

For carpet/upholstery protection (Scotchgard) we charge flat rate 50% of cleaning cost.


We are not the cheapest carpet cleaning company on the market but we are the best. We provide you top-notch results and exceed your expectations.

Please remember, you will waste your money, time and patience if you pick up cheap, low quality cleaning company offering, for example, "Whole house package" just for a few dollars, it's out of common sense and 100% SCAM! You'll end up either paying much more in hidden fees or getting soapy wet but still dirty carpets or all together, so...

Disclaimer:

*These prices do not include furniture moving and are for vacant suites or cleaning high traffic areas around furniture only. Carpet must be pre-vacuumed for better results. If you want us to clean your carpets under the furniture please empty the areas you would like to get cleaned from furniture, breakables, toys etc. Also make sure your kids and pets are away from areas to be cleaned.

If access requires the carrying of equipment up in the apartment/condo building without elevator, an additional $10 fee for each flight of stairs will apply.

All carpets are agitated by power scrubber and steam cleaned after.

Normal spot and stain removal is included in our cleaning price and process, technicians always do their best to remove all stains and spots but some stains are not removable due longevity or/and origin.

Pet stains/odor removal is a special treatment which is cost effective and time consuming procedure and is a subject for extra charge.

* Usually includes 3 bedrooms and living/dining rooms, 2-story home includes 3 bedrooms, living/dining rooms and one set of stairs, 3-story home includes 3 bedrooms, living/dining rooms, carpeted areas in the basement and 2 sets of stairs. Bigger homes are subject for special quote.

**Cleaning of these items must be combined with any other cleaning and should be equal or exceed $80.00, otherwise minimum $80.00 service charge will apply.

If free parking is not available for the service van, all parking expenses will be added to the invoice.
